Content Capture Suspension Review
Screenshots, screen recordings, video capture, external recording, downloading, reposting, and unauthorized sharing of Bar Goggles live feeds are not allowed. A first violation may receive a warning, and a second violation may suspend live-feed access for 24 hours.
If your access was restricted by mistake or because of an accidental capture, submit a suspension review request. Include your account email, phone number, what happened, and confirmation that you understand the live-feed capture rules. We will review eligible requests and respond by email.
Account Recovery
If you know your account email, use the Forgot password button on the sign-in screen to send yourself a reset link. If you do not remember the email or username for your owner or admin login, email support with your name, phone number, and bar name so we can help verify the account.
Owner Account Deletion
Bar owners can request deletion of their Bar Goggles owner account and associated owner profile data by emailing support.
Include the owner email address, bar name, and any details we can use to verify ownership. We aim to respond within 7 days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where needed for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute-resolution, or tax purposes.
