Venue Camera & Streaming Consent Agreement
Effective date: May 21, 2026. This Agreement is entered into between Bargoggles LLC ("Company") and the participating venue ("Venue"). By completing the Bar Goggles owner signup form, the authorized venue representative agrees to the terms below.
1. Authorization
Venue authorizes Bar Goggles to install, connect, stream, display, and distribute live video feeds originating from Venue-approved camera locations for promotional and entertainment purposes.
2. Camera Placement
Venue retains approval rights regarding camera placement. Cameras shall not intentionally monitor restrooms, private offices, restricted employee areas, or locations prohibited by law.
3. Consent and Notice
Venue agrees to display appropriate customer notices informing patrons that portions of the premises may be live streamed or recorded for public viewing.
4. Content Rights
Venue grants Bar Goggles a non-exclusive license to display and distribute live streams through the Bar Goggles platform and related marketing channels.
5. Venue Responsibility
Venue remains solely responsible for compliance with alcohol laws, entertainment licensing, occupancy restrictions, and customer safety.
6. Service Interruptions
Company does not guarantee uninterrupted streaming or continuous operation of cameras or internet connectivity.
7. Indemnification
Venue agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bargoggles LLC against claims arising from Venue operations, customer conduct, or legal violations occurring at Venue premises.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate participation upon written notice. Upon termination, Bar Goggles may disable streaming access and remove Venue content from the platform.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed under Florida law.
Electronic Acceptance
By checking the agreement checkbox on the Bar Goggles owner signup form and submitting the form, the authorized representative of the Venue agrees to this Agreement on behalf of their venue. The name entered as "Your name" and the bar name entered on the signup form serve as the electronic signature and venue identification for this Agreement, and the submission timestamp is recorded as the agreement date.
